We're grateful for . . .
We want to send a special thank you to the people who were helpful and kept us sane on our wedding day. Thanks go out to Jenny Mauro for keeping the bride calm when she was running late and then making fast work of final floral fun. Along with her fabulous husband Robert, she helped to make sure the ballroom was ready for our night. Heartfelt thanks also go to Trisha Watson, whose considerable and heroic force was key to getting many preparations in place. The Mainland won't be forgetting her any time soon. Thanks to Steve Middleton and Brad Harvey for making a trip to Apple Music in order to avert musical disaster, and to Steven Shannon whose persistence ensured that the right music played for the ceremony, despite overwhelming resistance from the universe. Very special thanks go out to the brave souls who were there at the end: Kurt Hemmer, Luther Reidel, Tracey Sherard, and Patti VerStrat. From laughing as they carried heavy things downstairs to stuffing the bride in her dress behind the wheel of a Lincoln Towncar, these four souls were truly lifesavers.
How we met
We met long ago in high school, when we were both on the debate team. Shaun was a Senior and Sherry was a Sophomore. We're not sure if it was a case of he saw her first or she saw him first, but we were irresistably drawn to one another, even though we both knew Shaun would be leaving for college just a few months after we started dating. Over the years we kept in touch and when the time was right, some twenty-five years later, we resumed our relationship.

When: Saturday, June 23, 2007, sometime after 7:00 pm
Where: The Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom
Attire: Semi-Formal to Formal (see the FAQs under Important Information)
Reception: Immediately afterward, 7:30-11:30, followed by all sorts of fun with clean-up.
